The Southern US District Court of Ohio has established this fee, also called a “no look fee” that an attorney can charge for a Chapter 13 bankruptcy. Since a Chapter 13 is a repayment plan on debt, much of the legal fees that you pay are paid through the Chapter 13 plan.
